Registration

1. What information will I need before registering?

3. I would like to share a room but do not have a roommate. What should I do?

If you are unable to find a roommate for Twin sharing, please indicate ‘Twin (Find me a Roommate)’. We will try our best to match you with someone, do not book a Single room.

4. I made an error in my registration. What should I do?

Please email fmc.camp.team@gmail.com with your main registrant email details and indicate the correction needed.

5. I would like to go to the camp but cannot afford the camp fee. Is there some help I can get?

We would love to have you at camp and will help as much as possible. Please write in to fmc.camp.team@gmail.com or approach the camp committee.

6. My passport has expired / has less than 6 months validity from date of entry into Malaysia, can I still register?

Yes, you can still register using your old passport details and email us the new passport details at fmc.camp.team@gmail.com by 1 April 2026.

7. I have yet to apply for my child’s passport, can I still register?

Yes, you can still register by writing “Applying Passport” for Passport Number and you can put today’s date for Passport Expiry. Once you have your child’s passport, please email us the passport details at fmc.camp.team@gmail.com by 1 April 2026

8. I am unable to attend the whole camp. Is it okay to still register, and will my fee be reduced?

Yes, you can still register but the camp fee will remain at the full rate as we are unable to refund any charges from the hotel that are unused as part of your stay. Please indicate in the registration form under the “Accommodation Request” segment, the day and time that you are attending.

Do join us as much as possible.

9. I am a tertiary student and I will only know my school time table after the registration’s closing date. Can I still register for camp?

Yes, you can. Please complete payment for camp and indicate your school and when you will know your time table in the registration form under the “Accomodation Request” segment.

10. Can I arrange my own accommodation and attend the church camp?

No, you cannot attend the camp if you are not staying at the camp hotel and registered through the church.

11. How many people can I register for in one application?

The registration form is for individual campers. For grouping in the same room, please indicate the name of Room IC (Main Contact person) during registration.

12. What happens to my personal data collected during registration?

As per the Personal Data Protection Act, FMC will ensure that all reasonable security arrangements are in place to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal of your personal information.

13. How will I know if my registration is successful?

A confirmation email will be sent to the Main Registrant upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.

14. I am experiencing technical difficulties during registration. What should I do?

Accommodation

1. What type of rooms are available?

Campers can choose:

  1. Double Room – 2 Double Beds
  2. Triple Room – 1 King Size Bed (incl. 1 Sofa Bed)
  3. *1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite – 1 King Size Bed (incl. Additional living/dining room)

*Limited no. of suites

2. Can I request connecting rooms?

Yes, you may write this request in the “Accomodation Request” segment in the registration form. However, due to the limited number of connecting rooms, priority will be given to families with younger children and not guaranteed. Do note that only 1 King room and 1 twin room can be adjoining.

3. Is a baby cot available in the room?

Yes. However, the hotel has a limited number of baby cots which are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, free of charge. Please indicate during registration if you require a cot. Cots are meant for children below 3 years old only.

4. I am unsure how many rooms to book for my family.

Please visit us at the registration table at the Social Hall on selected Sundays for recommendations on room configuration options.

Payment, Withdrawal and Refund

1. How do I make payment for Church Camp 2026?

PayNow to FMC UEN, indicate ‘REUNION 9XXXXXXX’ and upload the payment screenshot into the registration form.
Alternatively, please send us the screen shot of the payment and email to fmc.camp.team@gmail.com.

2. How do I withdraw from church camp? Can I request a refund?

For refund requests, please send your camp booking cancellation request to us at fmc.camp.team@gmail.com before 30 March 2026.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made beyond 1 April 2026.

Transportation

1. How do I get to Church Camp? Is Transport provided?

  1. You can make your own arrangement as follows:
    • Self drive to Courtyard by Marriot Melaka (approx. 3-3.5 hours drive)
    • Fly to Malacca airport (Note that Scoot at this time does not operate on Tues and Thur)
  2. The church will arrange a two-way bus transfer at $50 per pax.

2. Can I drive my car to the camp if my car has not yet been issued with the Malaysian VEP?

Singapore-registered cars must have already applied for the VEP and possess the RFID Tag to enter Malaysia via Tuas and Causeway checkpoints.

3. I am arranging my own transport. What time will Church Camp 2026 start and end?

  • Camp Programme begins from 1:30pm on 11 June 2026.
  • Camp Programme ends approximately 12noon on 14 June 2026 (lunch will not be provided).

4. Will there be complimentary parking in Courtyard by Marriot?

Yes, parking at the hotel is complimentary for campers whose car plates are registered with the hotel reception. You may register your car upon checking in. Campers can park on levels 5, 6 & 7.

5. Are there charging points for electric cars at the hotel?

Yes. Currently, there are 2 charging points at the Hotel Carpark.

6. Does the hotel provide airport transfer if I fly to Malacca airport?

No. You may consider using Grab or the airport transfer available at the airport.

Programme

1. Will there be a children’s programme?

Yes! We have engaged a Vendor to run an exciting programme for children ages 7 to 12 years old and it will run concurrently with most of the main Theme Talk and Workshop Sessions.

2. Can I just join part of the camp programme? I want to have enough time to shop and eat!

There will be ample time for shopping and food outside of the hotel in the programme. Please participate fully in the entire camp programme as it will nourish you spiritually and physically.

3. What meals will be covered during the camp?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be catered by the hotel, except for dinner on Day 2 (12 June) and lunch on Day 4 (14 June).

Others

1. Do I need to buy travel insurance for church camp? How much would it be?

Yes, you are encouraged to buy travel insurance. You may purchase upon camp registration at $25/pax. Please indicate in the Camp Registration form.

2. What T-shirt am I getting?

Campers will each receive 1 Camp T-shirt. It is made of a cotton round neck T-shirt

3. How can I order more T-shirts if I want more than one?

You may order more T-shirts when the T-shirt order for the whole church opens in Q1 2026.

4. I would like to help at Church Camp. What are some areas I can serve?
