A bottle of real honey encapsulates my values and approach as a leader as honey represents God’s gift and grace in the Bible. In my entire 20-year journey in the preschool sector, I have experienced so much of God’s providence and blessings, which encourages me to be an authentic leader who guides my team with empathy, grace and opportunities for growth.
